Conditions
1. Collecting Points
Points will be automatically recorded in a member's points record for qualifying comments posted by the member.
From time to time, Isay will review qualifying comments and the number of points that will be recorded in a member's points record. Points will be recorded in the member's points record only after the comments have been posted on isay.co.nz.
Unless members make written objection to Isay within 10 days of the date of the points record in question, the points record will otherwise be taken to be correct and binding by the member. Isay’s decision on any such dispute is final and binding.
2. Claiming a Reward Draw
A member who has recorded the sufficient 36 points in his or her points record may convert the points to a reward draw. The rewards are from the current reward schedule. All rewards are subject to availability.
Isay will post or deliver rewards, at Isay ‘s discretion, to the current address of the member shown in the member’s account. However, Isay will not deliver rewards to any address outside New Zealand.
All rewards are subject to Isay’s terms and conditions as mentioned, and also to terms and conditions relating to the reward determined by the reward provider.
3. Deduction of Points
After claiming a reward draw, 36 points will be deducted from the points balance of the member's points record.
Isay may also deduct points from a member's points balance if:
- any points are recorded in error; or
- any points relating to a comment which does not qualify.
4. General Conditions
Points do not have any cash or monetary value. Points are not tradable, transferable or assignable between members.
Isay reserves its right to change at any time, and without prior notice, these Terms and Conditions, the reward schedule and the participating companies.
Isay reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Isay points program at any time and without prior notice.
Isay is not liable for:
- any loss, theft or damage to any reward in the course of post or delivery;
- supplying or paying the cost of resupplying any goods or services, or repairing or paying the costs of repairing any reward;
- any reward not being available for any reason;
- any failure to notify members of any changes in these Terms and Conditions, and any failure by the participating companies to meet the terms and conditions on which it has agreed to provide a reward;
- any loss or damage whatsoever suffered, or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the use of any rewards offered, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law,
- any errors resulting from computer hardware, software or telecommunications errors or failure, nor for fraud.
